The BEST way to send a service call is to email service@secofuel.com 24/7. Your email will reach our team and you will receive confirmation the communication was received. A work order will then be generated for us to dispatch our technicians to your location.
From 5pm - 6:59am we have on-call personnel answering emails and phone calls who have the ability to make work orders in real time.
