The BEST way to send a service call is to email service@secofuel.com 24/7. Your email will reach our team and you will receive confirmation the communication was received. A work order will then be generated for us to dispatch our technicians to your location. 

From 5pm - 6:59am we have on-call personnel answering emails and phone calls who have the ability to make work orders in real time.

TO STREAMLINE THE IMPORTANCE OF THE WORK YOU NEED PLEASE PLACE THE PRIORITY IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF EACH EMAIL WITH ONE OF THE CATEOGORIES LISTED BELOW:

PRIORITY/EMERGENCY

4 HOUR RESPONSE

We change our schedule to address your needs. There is a labor rate increase for this attention.

P2

24 HOUR RESPONSE

We place you on our schedule to be on site within 24 hours.

P3

48 HOUR RESPONSE

We place you on our schedule to be on site within 48 hours.

EMAIL DETAILS NEEDED

  • Provide the address of the location in need of service

  • Provide the equipment detail that needs attention

  • Provide all specific schedules required to be met

  • Scan in all paperwork from the state, PSTIF, DNR,

  • ILOSFM, EPA, or any other regulating entity and           email documents to service@secofuel.com
